LIKES: sunlight, being outside, summer, warmth, campfires, being inside listening to the rain, nice-smelling shampoo, being around people, white clothing, flowers, making someone smile brightly, colours, rainbows, animals, sunsets, the smell of coffee in the morning, singing loudly and out of tune, old jazz music, the outside.

tyler loves being outside, especially when its warm and sunny. he loves plants and animals, and he can actually make plants grow faster, if he concentrates hard enough.

tyler, well, he glows. most would think its just an after effect of radiation or something, but tyler actually absorbs light particles from everything around him, and it makes him have a certain glow, that is visible to the naked eye. as he stays longer here, his glowing increases. soon, it will be hard to see him.

PERSONALITY: tyler is a very happy guy. he always has a smile on his face, no matter how down he's feeling. he likes to see others smiling, so he'll do anything to make them happy, even if it makes himself miserable. this can make him extremely naive, and easy to read. he simply loves the outside, and the only time anyone will ever see him visibly upset is if he's in the dark, even if he's with someone.

tyler loves to have fun, and he doesn't know much about personal boundaries, which can cause problems with people. he also doesn't know how to read or write, never having learned when he was younger. he doesn't know about sex, and he doesn't know about modern day technology and such, but he doesn't mind muc. he thinks that those things are a distraction from being outside anyways.

HISTORY: bridget and george rhicks had been happily married for about three years before they decided to settle down and have a child. when they finally did, they had a little boy, whom they called tyler, born on the longest day of the year, and he was the happiest child you could imagine.

throughout his childhood, he was always outside. in wind or rain, he would stay out, although it was obvious he was in his element in summer. he loved the warmth, the sunlight shining down on him, and it seemed that he had a little extra radience even then. he was always playing with the neighbourhood pets, and picking flowers, making daisy chains and playing i the stream near the house.

soon, however, when tyler was eight, a fatal accident on the road coming home from a family outing caused both parents to be tragically killed, and little tyler to be left all on his own. he was sent off to his uncle's, the only known relative he had. although his uncle lived in a large house, there were no gardens, so tyler had to make his own fun in the house. this, however, was not appreciated by his uncle, who was a very cruel man, and after a while, he got sick of having tyler around, and he locked him in the basement, only ever coming down to feed him once a day.

for the next seven years, tyler lived like a prisoner, only seeing the light of day which he craved so badly in the mornings. he was so lonely, but he didn't let it affect him, keeping himself hopeful with dreams of somehow getting out of there. he didn't realise it, but he had started to glow even brighter as a result of hardly ever seeing sunlight. one day, when his uncle came down to feed him, he noticed the glow, and reported his nephew to bellafields, where he was taken shortly after.
